From its launch in 2013, the brand has evolved with the launch of a news website, packed with diverse content, events, columnists, and podcasts to promote female leadership. The platform is the result of the evolution of the prestigious annual tribute to women who make a difference in the communications industry, becoming much broader and more transversal, with diverse content throughout the year. The Woman To Watch Platform's mission is to be a true hub for female leadership, promoting the exchange of experiences and the contribution of leaders to inspire and accelerate careers, aiming for equity and inclusion.
