Founded in 2010 by Ryūtarō Mihara, Studio Aya was created with the goal of giving personality to brands through movement. Since childhood, Ryūtarō was always an observant child, fascinated by moving objects like kendamas, spinning tops, and yo-yos. He was intrigued by how simple things moved, and this always sparked his curiosity.This initially led him to explore physics, but he soon realized that all that math wasn't right for him. Seeking a field that kept his passion alive and allowed for greater artistic expression, Ryūtarō found his true path in motion design and animation.After gaining experience at various studios and agencies, Ryūtarō decided to forge his own path and founded Studio Aya, which remains active to this day.In the rebranding of Studio Aya, the main inspiration came from Ryūtarō's simple and playful childhood memories, without being childish. We developed a unique visual system that reflects the studio's passion for movement, conveying the essence and personality that are Studio Aya's trademark.
